Advanced Association Management has partnered with Alliance Association Bank (AAB), N.A. to provide you with several convenient payment options. Alliance Association Bank (AAB) and AAM, Inc. offer three payment options for your convenience. Below are instructions for those options.
To avoid writing a check and to ensure timely payment of your dues, thus avoiding any late and collection fees, we strongly suggest using ACH to make your payment. Just follow the process noted below. However, feel free to pick any payment method that is convenient for you.
We have several options available to you:
- Personal check or money order: Please use the payment coupon or invoice with the window envelope provided with the billing for your community. The address on the remittance slip is a lockbox in Arizona so be sure to allow a few extra days for mailing.
- ACH – Automatic debit: This payment method allows dues to be deducted directly from your checking account on the first business day of the month. You will not have to remember to send your payment, find your coupon, or pay for stamps, and there is no fee for this service. You must fill out the “Preauthorized Electronic Assessment Payment Services Authorization Form”, attach a voided check, and mail to 18208 Preston Road, Suite D-9349, Dallas, TX 75252, fax 214-329-1052, or email [email protected]. Advanced Association Management will set the ACH draft up for you at no charge.
- Credit Card or E-check: You also have the option of paying your dues with a credit card or e-check by going to pay.allianceassociationbank.com. Select “Pay Now” and follow the instructions. You will need information from your coupon to set up your credit card payment. A convenience fee of 2.95% is charged for this service, which you will see when you set up the payment. There is no fee associated with your e-check payment. This option does not automatically pay your assessments. You will have to go online for each payment.
If you are unable to locate your coupon and need assistance with making your payment online, please contact the office at 972-248-2238.
