Michele Drain is proactive in her approach to management. During the freeze in February when all the condo
locations around the Metroplex and beyond were having issues, she was working around the clock to help
us get our water back on after pipes burst. Any issue we have on the property, she takes care of right away.
By the time, I ask about it at the next board meeting, she has already taken care of the issue or sourced an
estimate from a vendor. I have been on the board for many years and I have never had a management
company that gets things done as quickly as she does. We began with AAM at the end of October and have
